More absorbent than standard rayon and cotton mops. Independent tests confirm that V-STRIP™ mop heads absorb more liquid with ½ the material of cotton and rayon mops. CAROLINA V-STRIP™ MOP TOTAL MOP ABSORPTION TEST A bucket was placed on a scale and then filled with 2500 grams of water. Each mop was submerged in the bucket for 10 seconds. Each mop was then held above the bucket and allowed to drain back into it for 10 seconds.
